We are a licensed Connecticut homecare agency based at 63 E Center St, Suite 2C, Manchester, CT 06040.

When you submit a care assessment request, a caregiver application, or an inquiry through our contact form, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your name and the name of the person who will receive care
• Phone number, email address, and mailing address or ZIP code
• Details about your care situation — care type, urgency, hours needed, payment method, and any notes you share
• For caregiver applicants: employment history, availability, and resume file
• Technical information automatically collected by our hosting provider (IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security and abuse prevention

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your care request or application
• Match your care needs with an available Careplus caregiver
• Notify Careplus staff of new inquiries so we can respond promptly
• Evaluate employment applications and communicate with applicants
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes.

TCPA Consent Disclosure

By submitting a form on this website and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from Careplus Home Care at the number provided, including calls and texts that may be placed using automated technology, for the purposes of responding to your inquiry, scheduling care assessments, and communicating about your service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. This TCPA consent disclosure is in addition to the short disclaimer shown directly above the submit button on our care assessment form.

Who We Share Data With

Your information is reviewed by Careplus Home Care staff for the purpose of qualifying and responding to your inquiry or application. We may share limited information with:

• Our email delivery vendor (Resend) and spreadsheet storage vendor (Google Workspace) solely to deliver your inquiry to our staff
• Our file storage vendor (Vercel) for resume uploads submitted through our careers page
• Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law

We do not share your contact information with unrelated marketers or lead resellers.

Data Retention

We retain records of your consent and the information you submit for at least 5 yearsafter our last contact with you, consistent with industry practice for TCPA recordkeeping. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us — see “Opt-Out and Revocation” below.

Opt-Out and Revocation

You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time, using any reasonable method — reply STOP to a text, reply UNSUBSCRIBE to an email, tell us on a phone call, or email info@careplus-homecare.com. Consistent with the April 2025 TCPA rule update, we will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days of receipt.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not currently use analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and give you the ability to opt out.

Children's Privacy

Our services are for adults seeking care for themselves or an adult loved one. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated by a notice on our website.
